Press Release - July 19, 2012Phoenix, Arizona - Today, Arizona State Senator Steve Smith endorsed Wil Cardon's bid for the U.S. Senate. Sen. In endorsing Wil, Senator Smith said, "I support and endorse Wil Cardon in his campaign to be Arizona's next United States Senator. As a social and fiscal conservative, Wil fights for the issues that I and most Arizonans believe in like; lower taxes, limited government, fiscal responsibility, secure borders, SB 1070, the Second Amendment, defending the sanctity of life, supporting traditional marriage, and much more. Additionally, Wil's business savvy and jobs-creating record (along with the fact that he is not a career politician), is just the voice we in Arizona need to represent us in Washington."
Humbled by the Senator's endorsement Wil said, "Not only do Steve and I believe that government overregulation is strangling business, we also share an unbreakable commitment to God, family and country. Senator Smith is a principled and ethical man and I'm honored to have his support."
